Conditional on letter of employment or proof of income.
Tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) for the duration of the lease and must be provided prior to the signature of lease.
Tenant must provide confirmation Letter of the Hydro Quebec Account Transferred.
Tenant must read and agree to building's by-laws and regulations.
Tenant is responsible for all move-in & move-out related rules & fees required by the syndicate.
Quebec Lease will be in English.
No Pets allowed
No smoking or cannabis consumption or growing permitted in the residence including balcony.
No airbnb or subletting
Tenant will also be responsible for paying any fees due to the loss of any keys or magnetic key.
Full credit report done by Oligny and Thibodeau
First months rent must be provided at the signing of the lease
